ToroForge Collective: Contributor Structure & Recognition
Introduction
The ToroForge Collective is a global, open community of builders, creatives, and visionaries committed to growing the Toronet blockchain ecosystem. This document outlines the structure, roles, responsibilities, and recognition mechanisms within the collective — ensuring transparency, fairness, and growth opportunities for everyone involved.
Whether you're a developer, designer, writer, or community advocate, ToroForge gives you the space and structure to thrive.
Our Core Values
Openness — Everyone is welcome to contribute.
Meritocracy — Value is earned through proof-of-work, not seniority.
Recognition — Every contribution counts. Rewards are public.
Transparency — Contribution, progress, and elevation are openly visible.
Progressive Decentralization — Over time, community influence will increase.
Contributor Paths
ToroForge Collective supports two main contributor tracks:
1. Core Contributor (Open to All)
The entry point for anyone interested in helping the community grow. Core Contributors:
Take on volunteer tasks or open bounties.
Submit proof of work in their respective Discord channels.
Collaborate across teams (dev, design, comms, events, etc.).
Get recognized for their contributions and added to public contributor boards.
Anyone can become a Core Contributor by participating and showing commitment.
2. Core Internal Team Member (By Nomination or Upgrade)
Trusted, consistent contributors elevated from the community. Core Team Members:
Have decision-making influence on direction and priorities.
Manage bounties, grants, roles, and mentor contributors.
Are the first to access partnerships, funding, and beta features.
Can receive direct allocations of ToroG or Toronet-related incentives.
You can be upgraded from Core Contributor status once:
You've demonstrated sustained value.
You've contributed meaningfully to a product, system, or campaign.
A vote or consensus from 2+ current core members approves it.

Rewards & Monetary Acknowledgement
We strongly believe that contribution should be recognized, and where possible, rewarded.
Key Notes
Monetary rewards are not guaranteed for every task.
Many tasks are volunteer-based, especially at the early stages.
Contributors will be rewarded monetarily as often as possible — through:
Bounties
Microgrants
Partner-funded tasks
Contributor airdrops
Monetary rewards are performance-based, public, and tracked transparently.

Contributors who hold ToroG get bonus allocations
Future airdrops and whitelist spots

Contributor Onboarding & Role Confirmation
Every officially recognized contributor — whether a Core Contributor or Core Internal Team Member — will receive a formal email from the ToroForge team. This includes:
Revaluation or Role Suspension
While we aim to empower and support everyone, it's important that roles reflect ongoing effort and alignment.
If a contributor:
Becomes inactive for long periods without communication.
Consistently fails to deliver on assigned tasks.
Violates the community guidelines or causes friction.
Then the following actions may be taken:
Private follow-up and warning
Temporary suspension from internal responsibilities
Reinstatement only after re-engagement with the collective
This ensures:
Fairness for active contributors
A productive, respectful atmosphere
That we stay true to our merit-based values
Note: Public recognition and badges may be retained as proof of prior contributions, but role-based access or privileges may be paused.
